SL 100 (Water Based)

SL 100 is a single component water based acrylic adhesive. As an environment-friendly adhesive without any organic solvent. SL 100 offer an harmless working environment, solve the pollution of easte gas compared with solvent based adhesive. Very suitable for laminating between fabric-to-fabric, fabric-to-foam & garment knitted fabric.

Application Method Direct Gravure
Laminating Temperature 1200° - 160°C
Cure Time (before slitting) 5 - 9 hours (45° - 55°C)
